Suzuki Hayabusa Aspirated Engine

Big CC Racing are the most renowned Hayabusa engine builders in the UK. The fastest naturally aspirated bike at 225.8mph of Lloyd Davis was built & race tuned at Big CC Racing. It is nearly 10mph faster than any other UK aspirated bike. What is more astounding is he has ridden it on the road for 4 years prior to becoming the UK ACU Land Speed Record Holder. We can specialist build Hayabusa engines for Naturally Aspirated or Supercharged or Turbocharged or Nitrous applications as we are the only tuning shop in the UK with proper experience in all of these applications.

Stage 1 Motor Package 1300cc 185 to 200hp

This is an ideal package for people who are capacity restricted in their performance for Hill Climb race cars, circuit racing cars or those who want a mild street bike package without the cost.

Stage 2 Motor Package 1400cc 195 to 210hp

Our most popular package on Gen 1 engines used for circuit racing cars & street bikes & hill climbs & grass track cars etc. As above but with a straight rebore & plate on larger pistons with strengthened cylinder studs. If you have a Gen 2 this package would be 1440cc but there would be a block core exchange charge as Gen 2 blocks do not bore to 84mm.

Stage 3 Motor package 1441cc 200 to 220hp

As above but with the bottom end of the engine stripped for fitting of a new Gen 2 Crankshaft on P/X that gives a capacity increase up to 1441cc. Fitted with new main & big end shells. Heavy duty valve springs have also been added.

Stage 4 Motor Package 1550cc 220 to 250hp (24v starter)

The Stage 4 motor package uses the 84mm bores but a rewelded Gen 2 Crankshaft on P/X that has a 7mm stroke against a Gen 1 engine. Oversize valve springs are recommended & included in this package as are upgraded 12mm cylinder bolts requiring case machining. Minor mods to the frame engine mounts may be required as this package uses a long rod combo for added torque.

Stage 5 Motor Package 1600cc or 1630cc 240hp to 265hp (24v starter)

Big Competition engine for drag race or hill climb or land speed etc, can be used on a road bike only in a 230 to 240hp lower compression state. This package will require serious head work & big billet cams with short guides to maximize its potential. Roller cam chain is essential as is case clearancing & carrillo Con Rods to suit the longer stroke. The largest cost is in the billet crankshaft itself. A serious competition engine.

Stage 6 Motor Package 260 to 290hp (24v starter)

Again a big competition engine for drag race or hill climb or land speed etc, Race only usage recommended . This package will require serious head work & big billet cams with short guides to maximize its potential. Roller cam chain is essential as is case clearancing & carrillo Con Rods to suit the longer stroke. The largest cost is in the billet offset crankshaft & the billet offset Muzzys block with custom 86mm pistons. Also recommend larger throttle bodies.
